The pursuit for excellence is everyone’s calling: teachers, learners and parents. We believe that when we all pull ourselves together for a common cause, our vision for educational excellence will be best achieved to better the lives of our learners. We believe and strive to develop the principles: “Virtue, Excellence and Service.” LABCICI believes that to nurture a child’s learning, a peaceful, healthy, productive and a prepared “child- friendly” environment are essential. Learners are like seeds. In order for them to grow, they need to be planted first. A seed remains just as a seed unless it is planted.
The teacher must carry with her the faith that it is possible for children to learn. The children will not discover learning unless they are given the chance to be part of the learning environment. Planting alone is not an assurance that there will be growth. The environment where these seeds are planted matters the most. To get a good harvest, the seed should be planted on fertile ground with fresh water, air and a warm sun daily. What each learner needs is a rich environment with unwavering devoted teachers and the love and support of the parents. Henceforth, healthy opportunities for progress and education will certainly be achieved.

Developmentally appropriate Montessori a Approach is provided for all children. Developmental Approach and Montessori Approach are methods combined together that promote each child’s optimal development and learning through strength-based, purposeful play-based approach to a joyful and meaningful engaged-learning in a Montessori environment.
The prepared learning environment is greatly influenced by Maria Montessori. Montessori materials are provided for which are within the reach of all learners.
Teacher-made materials, aside from Montessori materials, are created to suit the unique needs of a learner in obtaining academic advancement.
Play-like presentations and games are a big part in academic explorations. This is done to make learning be more fun, enjoyable, dynamic, and fulfilling for both learners and teachers.
All parents of both regular children and children with special needs support each other and are partners in the education of all our learners. A strong collaboration is necessary to strengthen the children’s program in order to make their lives as meaningful as possible to them, to their families and to the community.
